Samsung TV Smart Hub Keeps Disconnecting
Unlike the usual cause behind a Samsung TV Smart Hub continually crashing, the biggest problem that normally causes a Smart Hub to keep disconnecting is an issue with the internet. There are a few different things that can be done to fix this problem which have been previously mentioned, but lets briefly summarize those along with one more trick that may get your Smart Hub working without interruption.
If your Samsung TV Smart Hub keeps disconnecting, first try to reset the network Home > Settings > General > Network > Reset Network > Yes. If this does not solve disconnection issues, set the DNS server manually Settings > General > Network > Network Status > IP Settings > Enter Manually > 188.8.131.52 > Done.
The DNS is a network of directories that finds the proper IP addresses for different sites. However, if your device is having trouble making this connection through your network, it can cause connection problems within the Smart Hub. You can also restart your network source as well which should be done according to the specifications of each router. Always be sure to give at least 5-10 minutes before rebooting.

Samsung TV Smart Hub Not Connecting To Netflix
If you arent having trouble connecting to the internet and are still able to run apps within the Smart Hub of your Samsung TV, you might be left feeling rather perplexed when your Netflix application will not connect. Many times, the simple solution here is to simply turn the TV off and back on again, but if this does not resolve your issue, you can attempt a few other workarounds to get the application running again.
If your Samsung TV Smart Hub will not connect to Netflix, first try to reinstall the app by long pressing on the app until the option to Reinstall appears. If neither of these solutions work, there is also a code that many have used and have found to get the Netflix app running smoothly again. From the Netflix home screen enter the sequence with your remote: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up.
