My major complaint is the user interface on Roku and the guide. The broadcast stops and takes you fully back to the guide. There is no picture-in-picture where you can continue watching current channel while browsing the guide. The channel select is also cumbersome. You have to select twice to start watching the channel, once to select the channel and once again to Watch. The guide also lacks a clock which sounds minor but you will find yourself looking for it all the time. Improve the UI and this would gain a star. Overall the service is a good value for me but the free branding is a bit disingenuous because frequent ad interruptions will force you to donate.
