Back in July, the streaming giant confirmed Sister, Sister would be one of the black comedies which would be added to its extensive library of content.

Following this announcement, all six seasons became available on Netflix US on Tuesday, September 1.

Now, two months later, UK fans will get to enjoy the entirety of Sister, Sister on the media platform.

Sister, Sister has come out on the streaming service just in time for the weekend.

Here’s Where You Can Watch Classic Episodes Of Sister Sister

It’s been a few weeks since Jackée Harry excitedly revealed that a Sister, Sister reboot is officially happening, but the details surrounding production of the new show like whether all of the original cast will be involved, when production is set to start, and what channel it will air on are still pretty scarce. It might be a while before fans can expect to receive any of that information, but if all this talk of reboots has you wondering where you can watch original episodes of Sister, Sister to hold yourself over for the time being, you have a couple of options.

The bad news is that Sister, Sister isn’t currently available to stream anywhere, which is actually kind of outrageous when you really think about it. With all the ’90s programming that Hulu has been making available in the last few months, you’d think that the streaming service would give the Mowry twins some shine, but nope. We’re pretty hopeful that, with the reboot officially being a go, the show will make its way to Amazon or Hulu at some point in the next few months.

On that note, the good news is that you can go back and watch Tia and Tamera’s relationship blossom right from the moment they meet at the mall by watching reruns of the show on the Fuse channel. And for any fans who don’t have cable, a good number of the episodes have been uploaded to YouTube in full, though you probably still won’t find all 119 of them there.

Over the past decade, fans have fallen head over heels for TLC’s Sister Wives, which features Kody Brown and his unconventional family: his four wives Janelle, Meri, Christine, and Robyn, and their combined 18 children .

The show, as with similar TLC offerings, is incredibly watchable and although the channel offers plenty of opportunities to binge, streaming it is often the easiest option for impatient viewers who can’t wait for the next season. Where’s the best place to catch the Browns and all their polygamist antics? Is TLC the only viable option?

The short answer is yes, kind of. According to Reel Good, the only places to watch Sister Wives on demand currently are TLC and Hulu. You can stream the vast majority of episodes on TLC, while a considerable amount are also available to rent or buy on iTunes, Google Play, VUDU, and Amazon Prime Video. The Drama On Sister Wives Keeps Fans Coming Back For More

The show may be a big hit with fans, but recently Janelle was forced to respond to accusations that parts of it are staged. There are plenty of things pointing to why Sister Wives is totally fake, but Janelle cries foul. After a recent episode, she took to Twitter to advise the show is all real, all the time. “We often forget the cameras are there. We have never scripted our show…” Janelle tweeted simply.

The latest issues with the family revolve around Kody’s desire to build one home for all of them to live in together. The episode found everybody arguing among themselves while Robyn described the whole situation as “dumb.” After Kody expressed his dissatisfaction in a confessional interview, Janelle again took to Twitter to calm fans’ worries, writing, “I think every family has their ups and downs. One disagreement does not define anything. We work it out day by day.”

The Ratings Dropped Significantly

According to reports, the ratings of Sister Wives dropped significantly compared to last years. Apparently, an April 2020 episode of the show managed to get 2,381,000 viewers. However, the season 15 premiere only got 1,429,000 viewers. Reports also claim that one of the main reasons is Kody Browns poor treatment of his wives. Kody has been showing signs of frustrations throughout the season as well, which led him to make bad decisions.

Fans are also upset that Kody is still having favoritism towards Robyn Brown. According to reports, he barely visits his other wives and has been quarantining in Robyns $890,000 house. It also appears that he failed to restore his struggling relationship with Meri Brown throughout the season. However, fans are blaming Kody, as he cant seem to appreciate Meris efforts towards him.

A Sister Sister Reboot Isnt Happening

Thatâs according to Mowry-Hardict herself. When a question flashed across the scene asking, “Will there be a Sister Sister reboot?,â she replied, “No, sorry!”

Sister, Sister debuted in 1994 starring Mowry-Hardict and her twin sister, Tamera Mowry-Housley. The family comedy followed the twin sisters who were separated at birth and reunited as teens. Together with their adoptive parents, Tia’s mother Lisa and Tamera’s father Ray , the girls navigate the ins and outs of life. And, of course, we can’t forget Roger, their hopelessly annoying neighbor played by R& B singer, Marques Houston.

News of a possible revival was first announced inby Harry on the Steve Harvey Show. And back in 2019, the Anser co-founder had shared at the time that the potential for a reboot was being stalled by legalities with the showâs rights. âIt was full steam ahead that it was going to happen,â Mowry-Hardict told Entertainment Tonight at the time. âBut there were some issues with rights.â

Two years later, on Feb. 4 of this year, Mowry-Housley provided a brief update about it during an interview with PopSugar, sharing that it’s all about the right “timing” and the “right materials.”
