Follow these steps carefully, and then you can watch Xfinity Stream on Apple TV:-
Step 1.
While connected to any WiFi or cellular connection, open the Xfinity Stream app.
Step 2.
To access the main navigation, swipe left to right and tap All Channels under Live TV.
Step 3.
To start streaming a channel, tap the network logo on the left.
Step 4.
You can also tap the currently airing program, then tap Watch to begin viewing it, or tap Info to get more information about it.

Casting from your iPhone to Xfinity TV is actually disable on your Xfinity X1 Cable Box and Xfinity Flex by default. To activate it, follow these steps:
You can now cast media from your iPhone off the Netflix, Spotify, and YouTube apps to your Xfinity X1 Cable Box or Xfinity Flex.

How To Chromecast Xfinity Stream Using Android Phone
Basic Requirements
1: Open Settings on your Android phone.
2: Click on Connected Devices.
3: Under the Connected Devices section, click on Connection Preferences.
4: Tap on the Cast option located in this section.
Note: This location may vary depending on your OS version and phone model. Try finding the cast option on your phone and proceed with the below steps.
5: You will find the list of an available device. Click on the Chromecast device name to which you want to screen mirror.
6: A warning message will pop out to let you know that even sensitive things might get screen mirrored. Click the Start Now button.
The entire phone screen will appear on your TV.
7: Now open Xfinity Streams on your phone and start streaming any video which will get cast on the TV.
Latest Update: Live streaming videos from non-compatible chromecast apps are blocked from screen mirroring on Chromecast. You might find some live streams not getting cast on Chromecast.

On your compatible Vizio TV, you should be able to see the small AirPlay icon in the upper right corner of the SmartCast home screen. When its there, youre good to go. If not then:

Comcast Workaround For Watching Xfinity Comcast Stream On Apple TV
While the Xfinity Stream App is available for iOS and iPadOS, it isnt available for tvOS.
Xfinity also blocks you from Mirroring your screen from the Xfinity Stream app to the Apple TV.
While both companies blame each other and neither is willing to budge as of yet, this leaves us with few options as subscribers to Xfinity and owners of Apple TVs.
But there are still a few tricks left for us.
While the Authentication System set in place isnt publicly visible, you can still visit these portals and activate channels on your Xfinity Subscription while on your Apple TV if you know the URLs.
