Great Selection App Needs Improvements
LOVE all the channel options , but the app needs some major improvements. My recorded movies and shows always restarts while Im in the middle of watching and decide to open up the app to either pause, rewind or fast forward. The app also doesnt save our watch progress so if you want to continue watching something later, youll have to search for the show again and find where you left off. Very rarely does it actually save our progress. It would be great to have a watched check mark or some way to organize content weve recorded so we know what weve seen already and what we havent.The closed captioning also doesnt work if we use Chromecast to stream to our TV. It would be great to have an option to access Frndly through our xBox or Playstation like other streaming channels.

The value in Frndly TV as a discount live TV streaming service is in the eye of the beholder.
If youre a fan of Hallmark and Lifetime programming, there is not a better live TV streaming deal on the market for you. This is a great opportunity to get those families of channels on the cheap.
If you want to watch the big game on ESPN or get the latest news commentary on CNN or FOX News, youre likely to find this streaming service rather useless even with the cheap price tag.
Frndly TV offers fewer channels than YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV and Sling TV, but the price is much better.
Perhaps the closest competitor is Philo, which offers a more expansive menu of channels with a similar approach for $25 per month.

Frndly TVs Classic and Premium plans include cloud DVR, but this feature is not included with the Basic plan.
For plans with cloud DVR, you will never run out of space. Storage is unlimited.
However, recordings expire after three months with the Classic plan and nine months with the Premium plan.
When you select a program from the live guide, youll see the record option. And if that program is part of a series, you can choose to record a single episode or all episodes.

Which Channels Carry Gac Family
On September 27, the channel known as Great American Country became GAC Family. If your provider was already carrying Great American Country, then you should have access to GAC Family.
, GAC Family shared some of the new rebranded TV channels where you can watch the new network. Some viewers noted that the channels might be different in their regions. GAC Family later shared an updated post on its Instagram story. Heres what GAC noted:
