Bigger Than The Three of Us kept it simple: a new multi-outlet plug and some zip ties pulled all the cords up behind the TV console instead of on the floor.
In a similar cheap and easy solution, Like a Saturday used hot glue and clips to keep the cords off the floor.
Simple camouflage: strategically stacked books. And the cable box blends right in!
Burlap and Babies used a couple of wall plates and some flexible tubing to send their cords through the wall, over to the shelving unit on the side.

The power strip is the source of so many things, but cord clutter is often the main attraction of this show. Try lifting the strip off the ground to keep all those plugs out of sight. Most power strips have holes on the back so you can even hang them on the wall with just a few screws or nails.
