Where Is Apple TV Plus Available

Apple TV Plus is available in 107 countries around the world. It is not available in every country that supports the Apple TV app. That includes certain high-population countries like South Korea, Romania, Turkey, and others.

However, Apple has promised that each and every Apple Original will be subbed or dubbed in nearly 40 languages. There will also be closed captions on all titles for viewers who are Deaf or hard of hearing.

Apple TV+ provides original TV shows and movies only available through Apple. These are high-end programs featuring big-name stars like Jennifer Aniston, Tom Hanks, and Oprah Winfrey.

Unlike streaming other services, Apple TV+ doesn’t have a huge library of programs. So, while Netflix and Hulu offer tens of thousands of things to watch, Apple TV+ offers dozens and is adding new programming all the time.

On your Apple TV, go to Settings > AirPlay and HomeKit. Enable AirPlay if its not already turned on. You can then set up security measures for accessing AirPlay. Select Allow Access, then choose the type of access you want to allow.

Choose Everyone to let anyone stream or mirror to your Apple TV. Pick Anyone on the Same Network to require them to be on the same Wi-Fi network first. Select Only People Sharing This Home to limit streaming and mirroring to just those in your Apple Family. Your best bet is to allow access to anyone on the same network.

You can opt to require a password to stream content through AirPlay. But as long as your Wi-Fi network is protected with a strong password, this option may be overkill.

Youll find other settings here to review and possibly change. Select Also Allow Nearby to AirPlay if you want nearby devices that are not connected to your network to use AirPlay. The TV app is the exclusive destination for Apple TV+, but the TV app is a little confusing because it blends together purchasable TV shows and movies from the iTunes Store, which you can buy or rent, the integration of content from other apps like Amazon Prime and BBC iPlayer, and Apple TV Channels.
